If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, organisation, perspective, subject and message you choose to provide, together with ordinary email metadata. Subsequent business discussions may involve contact details, correspondence and information needed for an agreed engagement. Please do not send identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
3. How the website works
The enquiry form composes a message in your own email application. It does not submit the form to an Excolo website database; we receive the enquiry when you send the email. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own terms. Hosting and access providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. 4. Purposes and lawful processing
